I appreciated the modern interior design and cleanliness of the Standard Double Room. The breakfast spread featured a significant variety of options, catering well to different dietary needs. the room lacked in-room coffee and tea facilities, which made mornings less convenient. the heating system struggled to keep the room warm enough, leaving it feeling chilly at times. Tram access nearby helped a lot with navigating around the city, but I did wish some of the staff had more knowledge about local transport options. Enjoyable stay overall, yet some amenities need attention.

The room was quite dark with a wall blocking what we thought was a window, making it feel cramped. we lacked basic amenities, such as a kettle, and requests for a blanket went unanswered during our two nights. The noise from adjoining rooms was disruptive, hindering our sleep.

beautiful design throughout, clean rooms, beds super comfy and great air conditioning! staff were really helpful and friendly. perfect spot for a mini city break and i would totally stay here again.

Fantastic stay with friendly staff that made me feel welcome. The bed was super comfy, and the fast WiFi was a bonus! Loved the hot shower and delightful breakfast spread. Excellent location too, just a stroll to the Tauron Arena for our event. Can't wait to visit again!

Had a blast with my friends! Great spot close to the tram, making it easy to reach Tauron Arena. The hotel was modern and spotless, and the breakfast had delicious options. We enjoyed our time immensely and felt it was excellent value for what we paid.

One day, our towels weren’t completely replaced. They changed the small towel, but only took one large towel instead of two. It was a bit inconvenient, but not a major issue.
